Partie Girls' Responsibilities Include:
  • Meeting with clients and vendors throughout the entire planning phase of the event
  • Referring vendors to clients
  • Confirming decisions with clients and vendors throughout the entire planning phase of the event
  • Staying in constant contact with clients... getting and receiving timely and regular status reports and updates
  • Final meeting to go over all of the details and collect all items from the client that will need to be brought to the venue ahead of time (usually 2-3 days prior to the event) and bring these items to the venue 
  • Coordinating all vendors on the day of the event
  • Setting up the venue on the day of the event
  • Staying on site throughout the entire event keeping everything organized and running smoothly
  • Dealing with any issues/problems that may arise
  • Collecting gifts from guests and keeping them in a secure location until the end of the event
  • Gathering all of the clients gifts, belongings, and miscellaneous items and placing them in a convenient location at the end of the event to be transported to the clients vehicle
